Your financial data stays in your environment. We work inside the systems you already own, using access you grant and can revoke at any time. We do not use your data after the engagement ends, and we sign NDAs.
Our strong preference, and how we set up engagements wherever we can, is that your files stay in your own shared drive and you grant Anchor a user ID or direct access. We work inside your environment rather than pulling copies into ours.
The same goes for what we build. Reporting processes and dashboards are built in your environment, so the work stays yours and keeps running whether or not we are still engaged. You are not renting access to your own numbers.
Access is limited to the two principals of Anchor Partners LLC, plus anyone inside your own organization you have already granted access to. We do not add people to your systems, and your engagement is not handed to anyone you have not met.
Because access is granted inside your systems, you can revoke it at any time, without asking us and without notice. That is deliberate. Control of the off switch should sit with the person whose financials they are.
We do not use your data after the engagement ends, for any purpose.
Your primary records never move, so they stay exactly where they always were. For anything we hold incidentally in the course of the work, such as working files and extracts, we delete it at your request at any time, and we purge sensitive data within 90 days of the engagement ending even if you have not asked.
We sign NDAs. If your counsel has a preferred form, send it over and we will work from yours.
If you believe you have found a security issue, email [email protected] with the details. We will acknowledge it, and we will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue to us in good faith and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it.
